Yes they will
No buffet but everything is made to order, best Chinese around
No delivery
They only observe Chinese holidays which does not overlap the Labor Day weekend.
The food was really good and tasted fresh. The staff and owner really nice, but the inside needs a cleaning. It's dated, kinda vintage. That's cool. But old doesn't have to be dusty. Maybe it's an Angola thing. Many of the restaurants in town are a little on the dirty side.
The food was good. It was a little gem of a find! Seems to be popular with the college crowd, according to the owner.
I have gone to Rice Bowl for 15 years and I love it! Everything is made from scratch and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Great service, fantastic food!
The lady running the restaurant was very kind and took great care of us!And the food we got here was some of the best I have had!If you get a chance go to the Rice Bowl!!!
Amazing food and service
Was not a good experience at all... Ended up leaving after sitting for 25 minutes without even being served a drink. 5 tables later, my daughter got our drinks and soup, waited an additional 15 minutes before leaving... Won't be back.
This place is extremely good. Be warned, don't go in with only 30 minutes or an hour for lunch. Everything you get will take time to get to your table, but for a good reason. EVERYTHING is home made from scratch. She takes her time while preparing everything. By far the best Chinese food you'll have. It's not expensive and high quality. Go in hungry because she will give you lots of food!
Always delicious. Every single time.
Love their food! Absolutely amazing.
Always great and fresh. If you want the best Chinese food this is the place to go!
We love Rice Bowl! The food is delicious and it is freshly cooked (be prepared for a longer wait for your food, but it is worth it not to get food that has been sitting out all day). While the atmosphere is older in style, it is always clean and rarely crowded. Very relaxing and friendly environment. One of our favorite restaurants. My husband and I are regulars, and we've run into others that have been regulars for years.
The best fried rice I've ever had. Thank you.
This place is a gem. If you are in a hurry, you may want to hold off until next time. Everything is made fresh when you order, so it takes a few minutes. That said, it is all incredible. Be sure to start with egg drop soup and an egg roll alongside some hot tea. The farmer’s market veggie dish is amazing, and go with the fried rice 👍🏻
Love the food. Food is made to order so it takes some time to get your meal but well worth the wait.
I just love the lady that owns this place! She is warm, fun and friendly and an awesome cook! The food is prepared with fresh vegetables (no canned or frozen here!) and made with just the right amount of heat from the fresh chilis she uses. The place is set is in a little bit of a time warp, but it reminds me of the Asian places my parents used to frequent when I was a kid, besides, when you get this food and this lady in one place ... who cares?!.
Takes forever to cook but well worth waiting
Sweetheart staff and the best chicken fried rice in the world.
Excellent food, Best Egg roll in the midwest
Love the kung pao chicken, fried rice, and egg roll!
Would really like some remodeling and cleaning in the inside but the food really is fantastic would love to give 5 Stars if we are only talking about food
This place may not look like much, but it's fantastic. I've been going here for years. It's family owned, and they are super friendly and have a great sense of humor. It's nearly surrounded by the tribe campus now, and you should note that their lot is separate. There is a lot of college traffic. The food may take a little longer, but that's because it's fresh. The process are really cheap too.
Service was very slow. However, the food was very tasty and the price was very reasonable.
An Angola classic since I was a freshman at Trine. Not a lot of diversity in the town of angola so I'm glad this establishment is here. I had the chicken lo mein. I can recomend it.
Good food, excellent service!
Dated, dirty and apparently understaffed.Long wait times for seating and take out. Tried the beef lo mein, noodles were mush and had almost no flavor. The eggroll is decent, though. The lady who owns/runs the place is super sweet and nice, and that's why I gave it two stars.
The fried rice and egg rolls are SO good! Small local business with really friendly owners!
Nice and cozy place! The owner lady is wonderful she customize the order how you want it.I think the portion size is a bit small.
Standard Americanized Chinese food.
The best egg rolls you can buy at a restaurant!!!
Amazing food and the owner is so incredibly kind. Highly recommend!
The service is slow, but everything is cooked fresh to order. The woman that runs the place will remember you and talk to you if you come in even Emily often and is a wonderful lady. Great place to sit down and talk with friends while having authentic Chinese food. I only wish I could rate this higher.
Great food and great service. Owner/cook uses family recipes that have been passed down. Odd hours at some times of the year, though. Prices are modest, portions are large. I always get egg drop soup, an egg roll, and sweet and sour chicken. Never been disappointed.
Very slow service but worth every second of the wait.
The restaurant is very out dated and smelled of mold. The food is very bland.
-I heard that I had lunch at this restaurant. I liked the taste of delicious and neat food. Thank you
Very good food and a very nice person who seems to do it all there!
Very nice and funny lady who served us. It's an old-school Asian restaurant with older decor, but it was cozy. Try to relax and enjoy your companions as the meals may not come out fast. They will be tasty though. I would recommend stopping in for a casual dining experience. Try their Lo Mein. It was very good!
They're slow, it's undeniable, but it is the best Chinese that I have ever had. Also, she will remember you, she'll remember what you order, and she'll remember how you like it. Faster turn over and this would be THE place to eat in Angola. Still, the slow hole in the wall that it is is worth every bit of the wait and is probably my favorite local place for a meal.
Great food. Good service.
Best Chinese food I have ever had
A little wait but the food is very good. My daughter loved the egg drop soup.
Nice quiet dinning experience. Very good food and easy to read menu.
Whoa... If you like spicy this is the place for you . Everyone in our group of seven said they enjoyed their meal . No frills , just good service and good food . Tip , if you like a little spicy tell the waitress just a Little bit , medium is H O T...
Everything is great except the schedule of when they are open and closed.
The food is amazing and at a fantastic price.
The doors were locked, no sign explaining why they were closed.
Dirty and the building is outdated
Very good food taste of home #Chinese
Smelled, bad we didn't even sit down
Absolutely love this place!! Shelly is an amazing person. You may have to wait a little bit for your food but totally worth it!
